 What is the role?

The role of the Marketing Manager is a key role within the Shell Fleet Solutions and is part of the local FS Leadership team. The successful candidate is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy to enable delivery of commercial targets through development and execution of compelling marketing plans aligned with our energy transition and decarbonisation ambition by:

*Establish positioning of Shell Fleet Solutions in the country/ region above competition ,identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategy and plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for the market *Gather customer and market insights, perform competitor analysis to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads 

*Determine the right RTM strategy for each (sub)segment and support (Indirect) sales teams in execution of the strategy.

*Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

*Collaborate very strongly with Mobility B2C teams ensure we have the most impactful programs targeting Fleet companies, aggregators and end users

*Lead the execution of marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

*Focus on developing our non-fuel revenue mobility business for the market

*Developing key strategic/marketing imperatives on where to play and how to win, translate that into coherent marketing and strategic plans, whilst driving high ROI on the marketing spend

*Unlock the full potential of the energy transition by defining and executing local OU decarbonization agenda/plans

*Being the key interface to the local CRT community, local B2C Mobility Marketing, New Motion and other cross business activities/strategies locally in a customer centric and joint decarbonisation world

*Being the key interface with global Marketing, for product/services development, central market research, regional customer events etc

*In charge of local strategy reviews and subsequent implementation

*Together with the Head of FS, to be the driving force of the OU T&R process 


What are key skills/requirements needed?

*Significant marketing experience in a B2B/B2C environment

*Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset with strong ability of delivery through others

*Customer focus. Strong external focus. Highly motivated to understand and address customer needs and to be able to provide unique solutions for SFS to the customers, ahead of competition.

*Tested ability to manage multiple interfaces and maintain effective collaboration with internal businesses and functions and external stakeholders and entities

*Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with complex set of data *Curious with demonstrated Learner Mindset
